• To request a return:

• The buyer must contact us at support@mottus.co within 14 days of delivery. 

• Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. 

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
